Question / Help Stream Stop/Lag on twitch ! Help settings .

Hi guys .

My upload speed is 100.00 Mbps

My pc settings are:

i5 Quad Core 2.7Ghz
GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
SSD 1TB

What are the best settings for this? I tried a lot of them and always i have the stream stopping and with low quality..
