Question / Help Stream Starts. works for a bit and then 0kbps...

Hi! Im trying to stream on YouTube!
I stream on my pc right, when i try get over 2000bitrate, but my internet dont like it.... it actually crashes. Like suddenly it goes down to 0 Kbps...... Please help
