For awhile now OBS has been telling me there was a problem when i start it asking if i wanted to stay in safe mode or run normally. i just been running normally, but now when i start stream i nothing happens on twitch. i read i should reset my stream key and then i have had to do it before EVERY stream. a page I read said it would be conflicting plug ins. can someone help me identify the issue? https://obsproject.com/logs/86JrVnSRPXirTVGL

Remove all the plugins you don't use. 36 plugins is overkill.
Then make sure all the plugins you're actually using are updated and are compatible with the version of OBS you're using.
Do NOT ignore unclean shutdowns. There's an issue there and you're ignoring it.
Only use plugins that are actually helpful for your stream. Completely remove those that aren't.
No one want to mess with streamlements plugin thus the lack of answers. After uninstalling it (use the uninstaller they provide) you need to manually remove the leftover files they keep on %appdata%\obs-studio\ for no reason at all. Further support must be provided by streamelements support.

If the issue still remains, backup the scene collection, profiles and any configuration of the plugins you do want to keep. Now create a new scene collection without using plugins. Remove the plugins. Now with a clean OBS test it. If all goes well start adding plugins one by one, restarting and testing in between each one. If one cause issues, remove it.

Crashes on close are related to plugins.
Backup your actual profile and scene collection, and if a plugin also have settings backup it too, just in case. Create a new profile and scene collection adding a basic scene with some sources. Close OBS and remove all the plugins. Remember you have the settings saved.
Test it.
If all goes well, start adding one by one, testing in between, the plugins.

You can also check every single plugin you have installed to see if are updated and compatible with OBS. If a particular plugin isn't important and isn't updated for 30.2* just remove it. If you do need some plugins and aren't updated, downgrade OBS.

There's no issues and no active session on the log file. You need to do a test. One, not multiple. Do all what you normally do for no less than 30 seconds. Stop the stream and upload the log file.

Looks like you still have remaining files of the plugin StreamFX.
Probably the files your looking are in %appdata%\obs-studio\
If this files aren't there, contact the plugin's dev to know how exactly remove all this files.

If there's unclean shutdowns then you still have something in there not compatible with latest version of OBS. It could be a plugin or script.
At this point you should uninstall OBS, then go to %appdata% and delete the folder \obs-studio\ and all it's content. Only this \obs-studio\ folder, do not touch any other or you may break other programs.
Now, restart the computer and install OBS. Test.
