Question / Help Stream skipping

I haven't the faintest clue what the problem is. Is it my CPU? My bitrate is 2k and I am trying to stream at 30fps. The program says I am not dropping frames but the video is clearly skipping on the stream. It's an intermittent skip, but even this varies. It's impossible to watch. I would really appreciate any insight into this. The problem started within the past few months, before that I was able to stream just fine even at 3k.

Hmm, I would think that even on the superfast preset, 1920x1200 will be too much for your current CPU. Even if you still have free cpu resources, it could be the reason for your problems. The timings looked ok though.
Have you checked a local recording and/or does the preview also show skips/lag?
