Hello my name is RaiD and I really love to stream, but I have a big problem. Every time when I start to stream it's going perfectly for 10-20 min but then my kb/s are going down to 0.

upload: 10,4
Internet 128K
64bit
streaming with 6000 bits
Anyone has the same problem or had it?
