Question / Help Stream Setttings, can anyone help?!

Hello there, i was wondering what settings do i have to use to stream league of legends on at least 720p.

Ram - 8GB(2x4GB)
GPU - GeForce GTX 660Ti 3GB GDDR5

CBR, CBR Padding, CFR (Advanced), Faster preset (Advanced), 720p (Lanczos) @ 30 FPS, ~2000 Kbps, Scene 1: Window Capture of its lobby window, Scene 2: Game Capture of its match window. Use viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785 to switch automatically between the 2 scenes.
