Question / Help Stream Settings

Hi,

I'd like to start streaming using OBS and I'm wondering if someone can recommend me what stream settings to use to get good quality, w/o lag ingame or on the stream. Thanks.

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6790
CPU: AMD Bulldozer FX-6100 3.2GHz Six-Core Processor
RAM: 8GB DDR3
MOBO: Gigabyte M68MT-S2 rev 3.1
PSU: XFX 850W Core-Edition Power Supply
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
