Question / Help Stream settings with I5 4460 and GTX950

Hey,

i'm looking for the best Settings for OBS.
My current settings are in the picture below.

Hope you can help me to find the perfect settings.
Im streaming Dota2. I'd like to stream in 720P and 60FPS.
I tried to stream with NvidiaNVENC but the Pixel rate is too heavy and too ugly.

Use wired, not wireless.

Other than that you might want to change to SuperFast preset to get rid of some of the hitching in the video output, and make sure to downscale to 720p. 1080p60 will always look like shit on Twitch when you only have 3500kbps to work with.
