Hi guys! It looks like you get these threads a lot, but I'm really at my wit's end. I've been working on this for the past two hours with no results.
I've watched AnarchyAO's guide, step by step, and still nothing. I cannot get my FPS go above 15-20, and with my rig this is absurd.
Computer:
i7 3660k @ 4.0GHz OC'd
8GB 1600Mhz
2x GTX 465 SLI
Crucial Agility 4 SSD
Windows 8 64bit
Internet:
I've tried every setting imaginable. There's no point in me posting a baseline, as there is no baseline. With every setting I've touched it has stayed at a locked down 15-20 FPS using desktop streaming, and with the global source for Saint's Row 3.
I've tried testing with SR3 open and closed, with all kinds of options. Lowering graphic options, everything. Throughout this whole process, my CPU never clocks above 3.33GHz, and never over 20% cpu usage. I really don't know what else to try.
EDIT: In case anyone else comes across this for Windows 8:
Jim is currently working on the Desktop streaming for OBS, until then it seems like it is locked at the 15-20FPS mark. Until then use the global source/game capture to stream your game.
