Question / Help Stream settings suggestions. (Yes, i have used the estimator)

I have read all the help threads etc, and basically want to know if i am using the correct settings.

Games i play/stream:
* League of legends (Stream often)
* CS:GO (Stream often, but it lags and gives me "high CPU")
* Hearthstone (Stream sometimes)
* Osu! (Have not streamed yet)
* Skyrim (Have not streamed yet)
* BF4 (Have not streamed yet)
* Minecraft (Stream sometimes, no issues)


Coding: x264
Use CBR: Checked
Use CBR-filling: Checked
Qualitybalance: 8
Own buffersize: Unchecked
Max bit (kb/s): 2500
Buffersize (kbit): 2500


My internet speed is :
35 Mbps - Downloading
11 Mbps - Uploading
30 ping

Settings for the livestream are the best there can be, i already checked the server and took one that had the lowest ping.

Video: 1920x1080
Downscaled to: 1.50 (1280x720)
Filter: fastest
FPS: 30
Deactivate Aero: Unchecked

Sound: Not needed to be mentioned.

Advanced:
Use multithreading - Checked
Processpriority: Normal
Scene-buffering: 600
Deactivate coding during test streaming: Unchecked
Allow other modifications for quickkeys: Unchecked

Video: x264 - verfast
Codingprofile: main
Use CFR: Checked
The rest is unchecked and unchanged.


Now to the pc specs:

CPU: i5-4570 - 3.20 Ghz
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 7 - 64bit
GPU: Nvidia GTX 550 TI

Try playing around with max bitrate. Non-partners at Twitch have 3500 bitrate cap, but true max depends on your internet connection stability and distance to Twitch's servers. Also not sure whether that CPU is enough for that resolution with veryfast CPU preset.
