Hi,

well for starters, you shouldn't use a wireless for streaming because the log shows dropped frames due to network instability.
(in general a wireless connection isn't recommended for streaming)
And your log also shows that your processor has trouble keeping it up so i would suggest a different preset like superfast instead of verryfast.

Okay thanks a lot, I'm streaming on a laptop so that might be the problem, I saw another streamer stream on a laptop as well but he didn't seem to lag that often. Probably because of his i7 chip and high rated videocard whatever.

I'll stream on a desktop for now :)

Always stream from a desktop if possible, and always on a wired connection. Streaming on a laptop is only really an option if you have an i5/i7 processor, and usually the best option is to use quicksync in these cases as it will leave your CPU free while streaming.
