Hey. So I wanna stream Terraria/H1Z1/Cs:Go and some other games, but the problem is, my upload speed is only 0.70 mbps.
What settings should I use? (I already tried streaming and in 480p it kinda slighty works, but with pretty bad quality while moving and also a bit of lag)
AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 450 Processor 3.20 GHz
8,00 GB Ram
64-bit, x64-based processor
Not quite sure what more PC settings are neccessary, but if I missed something, tell me please.
