So I managed to hardwire my line, and I can now stream but my roomate suffers from high ping in LoL when I try to stream. I currently have 34mbps down and 2.34 up. Is it possible to stream while he is playing lol? If so what settings can i adjust to get better ping for him and a decent stream for me. Here is my current setup.

in short the answer is no.

Simply because you're using 1.5 of your 2.3 upload only for your stream. That's not counting what is being used while you yourself are playing as well.

From personal experience when I had a similar internet during midnight of one of the COD releases I had a friend come over and we were going to LAN up and play online all night while streaming. My bitrate was only set to 1200 and even then only one of us could get into a game at any given time, the other would just time out.
