I can't ever find the perfect settings for cs:go when I stream.

My Specs:
I7 6700k
MSI GTX 980
16gb ram

And my upload speed is 6.18Mbps my download speed is 32.92

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast. Didn't you open one or two threads before, asking this same question? The answer isn't going to change, unless you get Partnered.

But whenever I use these settings my crosshair goes all laggy and starts to move very wierdly
