My stream runs fine when playing LoL but when im raiding in 10m via wow with ultra i get lag spikes on my stream. I ran fine on xsplit was wondering what I could do to fix my stream.

Lowering your FPS to 30, firstly. WoW is a pretty intensive game, at least with how many particles it shoves on the screen at once. 1700 bitrate isn't really enough for 720p60 anyway (though you seem to be doing fine with it and LoL). Using game capture (if you can get it to work) will probably also decrease resources being used, and might help a bit.

Try either lowering the resolution a bit more, or lowering the quality preset if you're using one. (CBR is also an excellent choice.)Also, are you dropping frames or is your stream just "lagging"?

Your system is kind of pushing it. You can enable Aero to improve performance of Window capture, since you're not using Monitor capture. I'm not sure if that will give you enough of a performance boost to avoid lagging framed, though. You can try it.

Otherwise I would reduce to 30fps (or 48), and enable CBR so that intense battles don't cause bandwidth spikes that could cause lag.
