Question / Help Stream Set-up?

Hey everyone, can anyone help me out! I play a lot of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Can my PC handle streaming it?

Internet Speeds (Approximately):
Down: 25 Mb/s
Up: 10 Mb/s

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-3570K 3.40 GHz
MOBO: MSI Z77A-G45
RAM: Kingston XMP 8GB 1600MHz DDR3
GPU: Asus Radeon HD 7970 3GB GDDR5 PCIe
PSU: Thermaltake 750W Modular Power Supply (80+ Bronze)

Resolution: 720p
Bitrate: 2000-2500
CPU preset: Veryfast/faster
CBR: ON

when i use OBS with 2500 bitrate my viewers see buffering so maybe go for 2000-2300 on bitrate
