Hey, I have been streaming for quite a while now and I started on Minecraft. I could easily stream Minecraft in 720p60FPS, no issues whatsoever. I have recently started playing a wider range of games such as Overwatch and H1Z1 and when I try to stream these games in particular, OBS tells me that the stream varies between 30-50 fps rather than sitting at a constant 60fps which is what I would like to happen. It is only with these 2 games that the stream drops below 60fps and was wondering if something was preventing OBS and this game to run at the same time. Listed below are my PC specs and a log of my OBS:

Specs
i7-4790 Extremely Overclocked - 3.60GHz
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
16GB RAM

Update to OBS Studio and enable vsync (or some other form of frame rate limiter) in the game.
