Question / Help Stream seems to run at low FPS

Good Evening, Good Morning, Good whatever time it is at your place.

So i was trying to stream some Osu just for the fun of it and basically everything my game runs at constant 120fps Obs tells me it runs constantly at 30fps and i have 0 dropped frames ... but on stream everything looks like its "Slow" and on low FPS and i have no idea how to fix it or if maybe my computer is too bad for it i have a download speed of 104mb/s and an upload speed of 3,97mb/s well i will just post my log thingie

I don't see any particular problem with OBS itself in this case -- do you happen to have a vod?

I actually don't quite know. Does it play fine if you record to file only and play the file with a media player?

Then flash is most likely to blame, local recording data is the same data that's sent to the server, so if it plays fine locally, but not on flash, then it's flash's decoder that's chugging. I've seen this on numerous occasions. Usually turning down your resolution helps a bit to reduce flash decoding issues, though I'm not entirely sure exactly what the cause is that's making flash decode so poorly.
