Intel i5 4690k OC at 4.2ghz
16gb ddr3 ram
gtx 1070

I stream fortnite and for the first 30 minutes of the stream my game and the stream has no problems. After about 30-40 minutes my game starts to feel more and more choppy. I am wondering if it is a problem with my PC setup (maybe need better CPU and ram?) or is it an OBS setting. I play at 144fps in game and the fps counter in game rarely drops so I don't know why the game starts to stutter and feel choppy. Thanks!

I only see a little GPU overload (can be fixed with Vsnyc or FPS cap for your game, until the GPU load stays under 95% all the time) and a inefficient capture method (monitor_capture instead of game_capture).
Maybe you should try it with 60fps limit ingame, turn Win10 Game DVR off and delete the monitor capture from your scene and use game_capture instead.
