I started streaming CoD:BOIII and I get consistent 144+fps, but when I'm playing my stream on Twitch on my second monitor so that I can monitor chat and see if anything is wrong with my stream there is a small, but very noticeable fps drop. However, the fps doesn't show a drop at all. My second monitor is a 60hz and my main monitor is 144hz. As soon as I pause the twitch video. My game is perfectly smooth again.
