Question / Help Stream RTSP Headless

I have a Wyze camera that is using the RTSP firmware. I want to push it's stream to YouTube Live (it's my reef aquarium). I don't need it to capture anything on the desktop, etc - just grab the RTSP and push it to YouTube. Is it possible to do that in a headless fashion, via command line or some other method? I'm running OBS on a dedicated AtomicPi...

If not, what alternatives would there be? It doesn't look like FFMPEG or VLC can stream to YouTube...
