Question / Help Stream Report Error

I haven't used the stream in a little while, about a month or so but now that I'm trying to use the stream, if goes on for a few seconds and then turns showing the display message:

RTMP_Connect0,failed to connect socket; No connection could be made because the target machine activity refused it. (10061)

Not sure at all why it says this since the streaming and gaming is down on the same laptop. Can anyone help explain this issue? Thank you.

This isn't a bug, so you might have unintentionally posted this to the wrong forum, I'm not entirely sure. It just means exactly as it says. You might want to try other servers first, if you haven't already.
