Stream recording doesn't show up in PC

I am trying to save my live streams on my PC. I follow all the steps to set up the recording in Settings-Output-Recording but there's never a file saved in the selected folder on my PC. I've researched all the videos/posts I possibly can. Do you have any suggestions?
