Bug Report Stream Randomly Goes To 0kb/s until obs relaunch while streaming Modern Warfare at random times

my stream for some reason decides to without warning or disconnection goes to 0kb/s majority of the time it happens when streaming Modern Warfare but has happed on a couple other games but rarely this 0kb/s does not change at all and ends my stream on twitch but no on obs forcing me to end proccess on task manager causing major disadvantage in warzone while booting obs back up, it has been reinstalled multiple times and updated to latest update but so far no change.

Please help as this is badly affecting my channel
 
This is usually caused by insufficient GPU memory for NVENC. Try reducing texture quality in game and ensure you have the latest Nvidia drivers.
