Question / Help Stream randomly crashing with no warning?

I've been using OBS Studio for over a year now and since around version 19 I have a problem where my stream will randomly crash with no warning. I will be streaming perfectly fine and then my KBs will go from 2500 to 0 in an instant, the box will flash Orange/Red for a few seconds and then crash. Since I have auto reconnect on, it will reconnect the stream and be fine for a couple of hours. Crashes will randomly happen between 1-3 hours on average, but sometimes they wont happen an entire 7 hour stream. I don't believe it is any sort of internet problem because I will not drop or lag in the game I am playing when it's happening. I have tried switching servers and messing with my bitrate multiple times. It's very frustrating so if anyone could shine some light on my problems that would be amazing.
Thanks so much!
