I'm new to streaming basicly testing out how to do it.
I read lots and lots of guides, but still quality is bad as ever compared to other streamers even to those who are not partnered with Twitch.

Asus Rampage IV Extreme Intel X79
Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit
Zotac GeForce GTX 980Ti AMP Extreme Edition
OCZ Vertex SSD 60GB,vertex 2 ssd 120GB
AOC 27'', Asus PG278Q ROG Swift 27" G-Sync 144Hz

I use my AOC monitor to play game on with downscale to 720p-30FPS. Games like POE basicly all 3D games looks crappy, but games like more 2d based , enter the gungeon, dungeon of endless they look ok, but still not perfect.
And other monitor is for reading chat and checking stream quality.
But stream quality is so bad its like fog.
I tried to run bitrate 3500 but there is no difference between running it 2000 or 2500.
Cpu speed i tried to set from very fast to medium as well no improvements.
So I dont understand how ppl run game with better quality if they got much worse internet and PC specs.
What I'm doing wrong?
