Question / Help Stream Quality Options?

I stream CS:GO, a game that you should be able to stream quite easily, but unlucky me has a problem.
I want to stream at decent quality, currently I'm at 360p. Once major factor for me is the encoding and video options in OBS. Which would help most when making my stream quality better without destroying my CPU? Lowering the framerate, changing encoding, or the size of my resolution downscale?

Current Settings:
Bitrate:1500
Resolution Downscale: 2.00 (680x384)
FPS:58

Would REALLY appreciate the help. Thanks
PS: I'd also like to stream higher than 30fps, but that's only a strong preference I have.

Video or Quality Options in OBS? I dont really understand what your problem is currently, posting a Logfile would be helpful.

Which would be the best choice to making the quality of the stream better?

Since you have an i5 I wouldnt recommend streaming over 720p30/540p60 if you are only streaming CSGO then 540p is actually a viable resolution due to fonts and other visual effect are rather big in CSGO.

For your Quality option staying at 30fps compared to 60fps brings the highest quality gain with a low bitrate. Keep in mind if your input is 1080p and you downscale to 720p then there will always be a slight fuzzynes on edges.

Your CPU wont really be destroyed I guess you dont really want a big performance hit. I would actually suggest trying 540p 48FPS with faster Preset and see how your ingame performance behaves and also your cpu usage
