Hello, Recently i got a new desktop with the folowing spec.

cpu - i5

graphics - GTX670

8g ram

disc - ssd

So i was expecting a big improvement in quality and frames and every thing, and i got that, i can now run diablo 3 max quality without losing any fps, so i was expecting the same from streaming but every time there is a lot movment in the screen the image goes all blurry and pixelized and i cant find what's making this issue dont know if is my graphics card or OBS configuration or internet conection down here you guys can see what i'm talking.

Link 1 - ( resolution downscale - 2.25 852x480 this one look's like my old computer doesn't get much of the movement on screen problem)

http://en.twitch.tv/sk1ron/b/383822908

Link 2 - ( resolution downscale - none 1920x1080 this is the realy problem , you can see when the char stops the quality goes all good )

http://en.twitch.tv/sk1ron/b/383823928

I'm trying to find what's is causing this problem if any one can tell me what is making this i would appriciate.

thx

From your broadcasting settings change the server to the closest server to your location.
from the encoding settings change the bitrate to 3456 and bufsize to 10368 and also lower the quality to 6.
don't forget to pause your stream on twitch.

Well just want to say thanks all the help hilalpro gave me.

IF any one have the same problem as me it's probably your internet is not that great to stream in high bitrates and for that you can't stream in high quality and you will have to downscale a bit till you find the perfect setup for you.

For exemple mine was downscaling to 780p with the experiment OBS ( viewtopic.php?f=5&t=68 ) and got Max bitrate to 2432 and same as buffer size.

If i said somthing wrong correct me hilalpro and thx again =)

I actually couldn't have said better my self. there is really no reason not to downscale if pixelization is a problem, especially with the new sharp filters.
