Question / Help Stream quality is very pixelated in high motion games

Hello, i am wondering if someone could help me get a better stream quality my gameplay is very pixelated in high motion scenes this also effects my camera if anyone could help me out it'd be greatly appreciated. The log file is from a test stream it only lasted a minute or so but i figure it will work.

Umm yes there are multiple samples on my twitch channel twitch.tv/koolio_ in my highlights/past broadcasts. Should i set my fps to 30 is it because you don't think my processor can handle it ?
