Question / Help Stream quality is doo doo and ingame i feel fps drops and lag

I feel like i cant stream 1080p and even on 720p i feel laggy ingame like im playing on a 60 inch tv while lagging

The streaming sessions in the logfile look fine, aside from the last one with minimal rendering lags (which indicates being very GPU limited if it happened a lot).
