Question / Help Stream pixelates whenever I move in-game, how do I fix this?

I'm trying to stream the games I like (LoL and PUBG) but when I move in-game, my stream pixelates. It doesn't do it so bad in LoL but in PUBG it's really bad. I've tried to configure OBS settings but have no idea what I'm doing or what some settings mean. How do I fix this? Can anyone give a recommendation for settings? I can give PC specs upon request but I have a very high-end PC so it should be able to handle a lot.

Here's my last log, hope it's useful: https://obsproject.com/logs/0n1Wl7MVZIJBlgki

OK, try this last one. If not, I'll just stream for a bit and give you that, or just run through the current settings I've got on.

1080p streaming on twitch is still not viable due to twitch's bitrate limits.
That includes 1080p30 and 1080p60 (which you're using)

You're going to need to drop down your output to 1280x720

Turns out that didn't fix the problem. The stream and any time I try recording, the screen still pixelates when I move. Any other solutions?

You cannot fix it, there will always be pixelation when you move, at the bitrates you are streaming at.

I've set it to Twitch's recommended settings and the stream still looks like crap, with a terrible FPS to boot. Seems like nothing I change makes it work. I'm testing it with PUBG in order to stress-test my PC's capability but I'm still at a loss for how to configure this.
