Question / Help Stream Pixelated on good settings

Hi !
I currently own an i7-7700k, an Nvidia 1050Ti with 16gb of RAM. I have 300 download and 150 upload.
I stream in 720p30 with NVENC on a bitrate of 6000. I use lanczos and my preset is set to default.
I'm still trying to figure out why my stream looks pixelated especially my webcam.
