Question / Help Stream PC to Another PC

After a few months of using OBS and Twitch I acknowledge I'm still a bit of an amateur at this, but I've trying searching and having found anything to point me in the direction of a solution yet, so here I go:
I have a primary gaming PC in a bedroom and a HTPC in the living room adjacent to my Xbox 360. At the moment I have OBS setup on my primary, my streaming settings dialed in, and a number of scenes defined already. So I'm looking to find if it's possible to stream an OBS feed from my HTPC (via 300mbps 802.11N 5Ghz) to my primary as a source. I thought this would be easier management wise. I could also pipe video from my X360 in to my HTPC via Avermedia LGP and shoot it to my primary where the stream encoding is already pristine and on a wired connection.

Actually, that is really complicated, and the LGP would be vastly easier.

To do that, you have to set up an RTMP server for OBS to stream to, and then use the latest version of the Video Source Plugin to add the RTMP source to the scene. And of course, since it's RTMP, it will have a good 2-3 seconds of lag, at least.
