Question / Help Stream pauses for a few every now and then

Title pretty much explains it but the stream just pauses for like a few seconds and continues playing normally. Was wondering if there was any way to stop it from pausing...

Bump, anyone know how to fix this? - I deleted all my game captures and left it with 1, it still pauses.

Found the fix I believe. It was having Stream Labels open at the same time. I shut it down and it all seem to work fine.
