Unable to stream to twitch, but the recording works.

NVIDIA RTX 2070 with latest 536.40 driver

You recently uninstalled itunes?

Uhh, oddly I did.

You removed the modules OBS needs for the CoreAudio AAC audio encoder.
Reinstall itunes.
