First of all, if you have iTunes or QuickTime installed, chances are you are already using the CoreAudio AAC encoder in OBS-Studio. But if you normally do not use or install any of those, there is another way to enable it. All we need is the...obsproject.com

If you installed the AMD Encoder Plugin, uninstall it, the encoder is included with OBS now.

VBAQ can be found in your encoder settings in either the Expert or Master view mode. VBAQ is normally Disabled so you must have already been in one of those views. I highly suggest that get your encoder settings back to Default & just use the Basic view until you understand what the different settings do.
