"Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!" on Fedora 38

Whenever I try to start a stream on OBS, I get the error in the title. No matter which video encoder I use, the issue persists. Recording works fine. Log can be found here. Thanks for any help!

Did you import a profile from a windows or mac machine?
Have you tried in a new profile instead?

For video, I have OpenH264, FFmpeg VAAPI H.264 and x264.

Yes. I let OBS configure a new profile for me and it worked! Thanks!
