Question / Help Stream optimization

Hey guys,
I've reviewed several of the topics over the last couple days, and I had some questions as to my setup with OBS.
I have recorded several different streams to twitch, and all are working fine, however I'm getting typical pixelation, and quality loss upon heavy activity.

My setup:
i5-3.4ghz
16bg Ram
Windows 7
Nvidia GTX 760
Down speed: 60mb
Up sepeed: 3.5mb (thanks bitdefender) -__-

Currently, I'm using these settings:
Encoding:
Nvidia NVENC
Use CBR
Bitrate & Buffer: 2500kbs

Video:
gtx 760 adapter
base reso - custom 1920 x 1080 (that's my monitor res)
Downscaled 1.25
Bilinear filter
FPS: 30
Disable Aero

All of the other settings on OBS are on default, and I am still currently testing my stream and tweaks to this setup. As I've seen, the pixelation and loss of quality seems to be from the GPU (or Video card) in my case being overworked; Or is this lack of upload speed? My last thing to add is, when I try to preview the stream I get the Error: Incompatible hook modules were deteted in the OBS process. I do use MSI afterburner and Rivatuner's on screen display server for video card fan tweaking and fps and Gpu temp monitoring, but my streams are still working.

Here is my log from my last startup, with all the programs I run during stream. I appreciate any help guys!

well dont use nvenc if you want a quality stream since a 2500 bitrate is way too low for nvenc

also your cpu should have no problem at all streaming 720p@30fps and it will solve your quality problems

ahh, ok. I was under the impression I would want it on NVEC If I had the option. I will switch that over and give it a try this evening. Thanks al. :)
