Question / Help Stream only showing the starting frame?

Whenever I try to stream, it just shows the very first frame, for example, when I run around in a game the stream does not move, it just stays at the exact point it started. I know this sounds vague, but there is no way to describe it really.

BTW I have a sony vaio laptop if that is important.
