Question / Help Stream only blurry in fullscreen? -SOLVED-

So, i've gotten some feedback on my streams and people say it's blurry. I checked my recent video after doing a test stream and it seems that it's only blurry when not in fullscreen, but as soon as you go into fullscreen it's blurry as shit. I have friends that stream with the same preset and bitrate and their stream looks fine (1080p downscaled to 720p with lanczos sharpened scaling, 32 samples)

This might be a real simple answer but i have no idea what it could be.

Thanks in advance for answers.

What kind of blurry you have?

Tiny text blur? 1080p output resolution will help with tiny text blur, although 720p works fine for my 1280x1024 monitor (fullscreens to 1280x720).

Blurry while moving/turning fast? x264 may compress better then NVENC, at a cost of more CPU usage.

On my 1280x1024 monitor: Still not seeing it, and it get super pixelated (tiny text unreadable) as the video player downsize it to a tiny window. Fullscreen to 1280x1024 does pixel perfect 1280x720 video.

On my 1920x1080 monitor, not using fullscreen, windowed player is at pixel perfect 1280x720 so the video doesn't need to resize the video itself, but full screen to 1920x1080 is resizing and can be blurry. Again, using output resolution of 1920x1080 will help with tiny text problem on fullscreen 1080p monitor. Your output video is only 1280x720.

Maybe show a video of your friend's stream, or try showing your stream with 1920x1080 resolution?

Recently watched your live stream for a minute, good, all that small text in the game looks so much sharper and better on my 1920x1080 monitor at fullscreen.

Well then. I just hate streaming in 1080p, it takes so much of my CPU and since WoW is a cpu hard game i get laggy in big raids.
