Question / Help Stream on Twitch looks be slow/Stuttering and cant figure out the problem

Hi Guys,

I've tried everything and not sure what the issue is, it seems to only happen when streaming PC games, when I stream via HD60s everything is smooth.

i9 9900k
GTX 2070
SSD


my OBS settings
X264
Very Fast
8000Kbps
base canvas 2560x1440
output (scaled resolution) 1920x1080
lanczos
60 FPS

CPU is only at 40 to 60% load when streaming and playing... so im not sure what the issue is.. any help would be apprectiaed .

There's no stream/recording attempt in those logs. You'll need to grab a log file from the correct session.
