So just in the past couple days my stream has been stuttering. Which for me is not normal for me. I have always been able to stream at 720p 60fps at 3800 bitrate with no problems or stuttering. I called internet company along with doing internet speed tests and it's not the internet. My cpu usage usually hangs out at 70ish % with maybe peaking at random times to 80ish% for a moment. My cpu never really goes above 71 degrees while streaming. And like I said it's not like im trying to stream for the first time this just started happening. I also updated windows / drivers the latest version of OBS to see if that would work and it didn't and I also tried streaming with no other applications running to see if that would work. And on the obs preview screen of the stream it stutters, so it's not just stuttering the the stream itself only. any help would be appreciated!
