Was streaming with 48 fps (and before, 60 fps) and even though TwitchTV's video stats show 48, it definitely doesn't look as smooth as 48(or 60 when i tried it). Especially compared to the local copy I have from recording locally with x264. Do I need to dedicate more ram to the card, or is it possible a Twitch player issue?
