I've had a live stream running via Facebook for an hour once a week (a church service) for a few weeks with pretty good success but today something went wrong and I'm not sure what. I suspect it was a Windows or hardware related issue but I'm not certain and I'd appreciate help in knowing what happened so that it doesn't fail again next week.
The stream was laggy on and off from the beginning which was odd. But about half way through the audio failed entirely, came back briefly, and then dropped again. I made the decision to actually cancel the live stream and restart it, but in the end we finished it off using the Facebook app on a mobile phone.
I've attached two log files. The time steamp 10-57-19 was the actual live stream. The 10-29-22 log file was from the set up session where I was balance sound, checking video etc. There's seems to be some reference there to sound issues as well.
As I said, this exact set up has worked for a few weeks now so I would greatly appreciate any help in figuring out what went wrong.
One last note - the only change I made in OBS configuration from the previous week was changing some of the recording settings (advanced) to see if I could get a second 'stream' going to a smart TV on the local network. I couldn't do it, so I didn't bother with even attempting it today. Not sure if that's related, I didn't think it would be if I didn't press 'Start Recording', which I didn't.
