This is a tool made for streamers who want to display their music on their stream.
It's based off of SMG, SMG was not working for me and it looks like the development was dead. So I made SMD (For All your "dirty mind"ers out there, I know haha).

What programs does it support?

Firstly, thank you for continuing on with this. It's a handy tool.
Could you tell me which Soundcloud applet I should download for it to work, though? I have the Soundcloud Button, but that one doesn't let SMD read it. I have .NET 4.5 and am using Chrome. Thanks in advance.

Usage

1: Extraire SMD.zip

2: Démarrer SMD.exe.
un fichier se crée ‘current_song.txt’ dans le même Dossier

Ou choisissez votre propre Répertoire dans la fenêtre de configuration***

Si le fichier n'est pas présent.. n'est pas là, appuyez sur le bouton de démarrage et il devrait être là.

3: Créez un élément de texte dans OBS ou Xplit,

Can you fix it disappearing whenever the volume is adjusted? Whenever I adjust volume in Foobar it disappears temporarily (I adjust my volume a lot so this is a problem for me). Another thing is, I can't seem to disable the track number and CD field from being added after the album. Whenever I use [album], it appends the track number and disc number at the end. Looks messy, so I'd rather they not be there, or at least have the option to add them if I want to. Right now there's only album, artist, title, and somehow other tag fields are making themselves into the text. Another thing is, for files that are improperly tagged, I'd like to see a feature where it reverts to the actual filename of the file if no tags are present. That way at least SOMETHING shows up instead of nothing. From what I've seen, if a single field is missing from the tags, then the whole text will refuse to show up.

Fix those issues and you've got a great app here, been looking for an easy to use one for a while.

Suggestion:
- album download feature from soundcloud, similar feature is in Snip for Spotify

If you could quickly add Google Music to the listeners I'd switch to this. The Groovemarklet is already coded for Google Music and SMG has that functionality. On another note, I'd love to see Spotify Web Player integration. However, when I tried to pull values from the HTML (like how Groovemarklet does for Google Music), there are no values in the source for artist and title and such
