Stream (mostly camera) looking pixelated.

Hi,
My camera image looks extremely pixelated but the game seems normal, i tried lots of solutions but this problem only goes away when i Alt+Tab.

I tried changing the number of process from 1 to 6 on BOOT Advanced Options (MSConfig > Boot > Advanced Options) but sadly it didn't work.

FIXED:
Changing the USB (3.0) ports worked perfectly. My tower is cheap and the front USB 3.0 port isn't reliable, luckily the other ones did the trick.
