Question / Help Stream looks pixelated

I can stream and I have 93 followers, but I am playing H1Z1 and they are saying that it looks pixelated every time I start moving!

Specs:
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.2GHz (3.6GHz Turbo Boost)
  • MB: ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
  • GPU: XFX Double D R9-270X-CDFC Radeon R9 270X 2GB 256-Bit
  • Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

I did multiple tests and changed a lot of things. Here is my most rescent log

That bit rate is much too low for that resolution, but you don't have the upload speed to use a higher bit rate. You'll need to downscale by at least 2.0 or 2.5, and with a 1000kbps stream, you're going to have to make some quality concenssions.
 
Can you walk me through the steps? I know its in setting, but what do you suggest I do exactly to help with the pixelation

What do you suggest I do to get the best stream possible in other words with my set up?
 
The only thing you can do, is to lower your output resolution. 1538x864 is far too high for 1000Kb/s bitrate. Do as dodgepong suggested.
