Question / Help Stream looks Pixelated How?

Hello i been streaming recently alot with the same settings overtime but all of a sudden streams look very pixelated

OBS settings:

Output:

Encoder: NVENC H.264

Rate Control: CBR

Bitrate: 5000

Keyframe: 2

Video:

Base: 1920 x 1080

OutPut: 1600x900

FPS: 60

Specs:

i7 6700K

GTX 980ti

Corsair 16GB

Internet 100/100 Up and down Fiber

NVENC at low bitrates will cause that. Your CPU should be powerful enough to use x264, or you can try and lower your resolution / FPS or play a lower motion game.

But at 5000 kbs hmm? isnt that enough?

5000 is barely enough for 720p60 with NVENC even then you can get pixelation with high motion scenes.
