Question / Help Stream looks great on OBS | Laggy/Stuttering on stream.

Hello OBS forum.
I stream FIFA 14, and i run & stream it with no problems (Dropping Frames bad quality etcetera), besides when i watch the stream on twitch, it looks laggy and stutters some times.

My specs are :

CPU : Intel Core i7 4820K Haswell OC

GPU : MSI GTX 780 3 GB GDDR5 TWIN FROZR

Ram : Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 4x2 GB

HDD : Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003

SSD : Crucial M500 Solid state drive 120 GB

Motherboard : ASRock X79 Extreme4 Motherboard

Power Supply : Club 3D CSP-D850CB

Cooler : Corsair Hydro Series H55

Tower : Corsair Graphite Series 230T Miditower ATX
