When I stream at 60 FPS, the stream and recording is super choppy. When I record/stream at something like 85-120 it isn't choppy. What could be the problem?

Here are my specs (In CS:GO so it's a bit hot):

And here is my stream setup:

And lastly, here is my log file: http://pastebin.com/zXSESeBL

Thank you

Are you running SLI? if so disable it. multicard setups dont work well with OBS. OBS will capture from a single card at best performance.

Other thoughts. might try and OC your 4770k to 4.0GHz if you have the cooling for that OC. you'll get better stream performance. priority class set to normal or above normal. your CS:GO, what launch options are you using?

Launch options are -novid -high -threads 4 -nojoy +cl_forcepreload 1 -nod3d9ex

And I will disable SLI when playing. I got the launch options off the internet so that could be what is messing up

Edit: I fixed it. It was the -threads setting. Thank you

That will do it. Also, high is mostly unnecessary.
